Steps to follow:
1 – Take backup of data. Because you have updated your OS on Huawei Nova 7i than it will not support the app which is used to install apps on Huawei.
2- Reset Your Huawei (factory reset) which will remove all data and updates from your mobile.
3- download Google apps from this link : Click Here
4- extract these files in a usb root directory.
5- now use OTG type c converter to connect your usb to mobile.
6- Go to setting and then backup&Restore and then click on backup. you will see 2 files select the first one and then click backup.
7- after restoring, you will see a G icon app on your mobile . Do not open it
8- Go to usb again and install all 9 apps.
9- after install all your apps, open the G icon app and click Blue button (at bottom of the app ).
10- Now Google to setting and add google account (and make sure you use existing account )
11- restart your mobile and open Google PlayStore it will be working.
